The Human Rights Office supports ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ’s respectful and inclusive working and learning environment by providing advice and guidance on ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ’s Non-Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. We are dedicated to making ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all members of the university community.
The ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ Human Rights Office (HRO) is here to help. We provide advice and support to all members of ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ's campus community: students, staff, faculty, and leaders.
·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ has a number of policies related to equity and human rights issues. The University also has agreements with several unions and employee groups to include related articles in their collective or employment agreements.
